"Shawn" has over 18 years technical experience, and as a Network and Computer Hardware Engineer, he is an expert at system assembly, configuration, network design, installation and maintenance, as well as telephony integration.

Most recently he was Tech Department Supervisor for TCC International and is now a proud addition to OPC's Tech Department and Installation Team.
