Warren
has over eighteen years of extensive experience in

and call center installations in both the USA and Canada.
He is heavily involved in installation and training as well
as customer support. |

Jerome
has been heavily involved in the telecommunications industry
for over 6 years, also working with Michael at CommunicationExpo.
He has extensive experience in dialer operations and his technical

for software management, as well as ActiveLink, a local interconnect
where he was in charge of sourcing and managing subcontractors
for national accounts like Office Depot, 24 Hour Fitness and
Payless Cashway. |

Phillips - Tech Support
Eric
has been in the communications and technology industries for
over six years. Prior to joining OPC, he was a Multimedia
Engineer with a start-up website, TheWest.com. Previously,
he developed multimedia training software for the petroleum
industry at Well Control School and also served as Tech and
Account Manager for PRIMEDIA Workplace Learning, a satellite
communications company. |

"Shawn"- Production
"Shawn"
has over 18 years technical experience, and as a Network and
Computer Hardware Engineer, he is an expert at system assembly,
configuration, network design, installation and maintenance,
as well as telephony integration. Most recently he was Tech
Department Supervisor for TCC International and is now a proud
addition to OPC's Tech Department and Installation Team. |

Pancholi - Software Programmer/Tech Support
Purvesh
also obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering
from Mumbai University, India, and is currently pursuing his

he has extensive programming experience in several areas including
Visual Basic, Visual C++, ASP and many others. |

Brent Silversmith became a member of the OPC technical support team joining us in October of 2004. Brent also manages the OPC co-location facility. |

Jim

to customer satisfaction is only matched by his desire to

Steve
first worked with Michael in 1989 at CompUSA. As Advertising
Manager he was instrumental in helping CompUSA become the
world's largest computer superstore. He left with Michael

the premier
Call Center and telemarketing systems and services supplier.
Steve's background as marketer, writer and designer includes
award-winning work with ad agencies, and direct-marketing
and publishing firms. |

Rose has

clients. A descendant of Honduras, Central America, and having
been raised in Brownsville, Texas, Rose's first language is
