Warren has over eighteen years of extensive experience in the computer and telecommunications industries with companies like TouchStar Software, and was with Michael at CommunicationExpo and Cellular World.

He has worked with all facets of computer and telephony hardware and software including networking certification, and call center installations in both the USA and Canada.

He is heavily involved in installation and training as well as customer support.
