Here are just a FEW of the major improvements, NONE OF WHICH are available on SpitFire® I.

SpitFire® III:

  • Runs on T1 (digital) phone lines
  • Automatically adds to Do Not Call lists by giving people the ability to opt out (required by law now) by simply pressing the 8 key
  • Imports databases in ASCII comma-delimited OR tab-delimited formats without having to re-format data
  • Lets you break down large databases with a simple selection in Import Options. For instance, you can choose to break down a 100K database into ten 10K databases, OR just import selected area codes
  • Runs 2 Do Not Call lists simultaneously. For instance, it looks at both a State DNC list AND your own DNC list at the same time.
  • Runs surveys. Also gives you detailed summaries.
  • Gives you the ability to adjust sensitivity for answering machines vs. live persons
  • Lets you select or de-select the number of lines running (automatically vs. manually)
  • Gives you the ability to transfer calls using an ESC board vs. 3-way calling click here for more info
  • Gives you the option to do Fax Broadcasting with the addition of a voice/fax board and license click here for more info
  • Lets you create User-Defined Fields in reporting and customer-info screens
  • Smaller instance screens lets you put more data on the monitor at the same time
