Installation Requirements for SpitFire® Predictive
In order for OPC Marketing
to successfully complete
installation and training, each component not being installed by OPC Marketing
must conform to our installation
requirements. The minimum requirements are detailed below. In an effort to meet
established timeframe's associated with your installation services, this document
must be read, signed and returned to OPC Marketing
at least two weeks prior
to anticipated installation. Please fax it to the attention of the OPC Marketing

1) Server (provided by OPC)
Hardware: Rack Mount Server: Windows 2000 Pro, Pentium IV, 80 GB Hard Drive, 1GB RAM, CDRW, 300 Watt Power Supply & Dialogic Telephony Boards.
A Monitor must be supplied by customer, unless ordered from OPC.
Software: Windows
2000Pro, SpitFire® Predictive, and CoolEdit 96 (shareware version).
2) Agent Stations (supplied by customer unless ordered from OPC)
Hardware: Agent Workstation with Intel 800MHZ to 1.8GHZ Celeron processor, 256MB DDR-SDRAM, 30GB Hard Drive, integrated Intel Extreme 3D graphics, 48X Max CD-ROM Drive, Integrated Audio, Monitor
Software: Windows XP or Windows 2000Pro
Each Station must be installed, fully functional and tested on the network prior to the installation date. Any Station not properly tested or functional will not be set up by OPC.
Each Agent Station requires four (4) 110V, 20-Amp dedicated electrical outlets. The customer is also to provide a desk for each Agent Station.
Support: We provide one (1) year of remote technical support and one training session with each SpitFire® Predictive system. Additional Support maintenance packages are available after the first year for $200 per agent semi-annually.
3) Hardware Requirements (supplied by customer unless ordered from OPC)
Headsets
It is necessary for headsets to have amplification as well as RJ11 connection.
You may want to speak to your sales representative regarding recommended headsets.
T1
The T1 line must be installed and successfully tested per our specifications.
The T1 line is one of the most critical portions of the installation and must
be turned up and provisioned correctly (the turn-up must be coordinated with
the OPC Installation Team). We also require that on the day(s) the OPC Installation
Team is there to perform the installation, the T1 provider must have a dedicated
technician available to resolve any issues regarding the T1 line. You can find

ALSO -- The customer must have either a "smart" jack or CSU at the location of the server.
Analog Lines
If this is an analog system, there needs to be RJ-11 analog POTS lines that
terminate in a jack which will plug into the Breakout Box (box supplied by OPC).
Network Minimum Performance Requirements: 10/100MBS (megabytes per second) Hub, and 10/100MBS NIC cards on server and agents stations.

Cabling Requirements (supplied
by customer)
Network Cable requirements
There must be sufficient cabling to run from the back of each Agent Station
to the Hub. All network cabling must be Category 5, 10BaseT. All cables must
be terminated with RJ45 connectors. All cabling must be tested and verified
with a 10BaseT cable tester. Any cabling not properly terminated will not be
used. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the functionality of each
network cable installed. The cabling installation must be in a standard 10BaseT
Star configuration. The network cabling must originate at the SpitFire® Predictive
server.
T1 Cabling
There must be a Category 5 cable with RJ45 connectors from the Smart Jack or
CSU to the OPC Server.
Headset Cabling
There must be an RJ11 cable from the Headset to the Voice Jack at the Station.
There must also be a sufficient length of RJ11 cable from each Agent Station
to where the OPC Server will reside. Each cable must be marked with the
Station it is connected to.
Agent Telephone Lines
Each agent station must have a standard RJ11 telephone line as well as a network
connection. The telephone lines must originate at the SpitFire® Predictive server.
All cabling must be tested and verified. Any cabling not properly terminated
will not be used. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the functionality
of each telephone cable installed.
