SpitFire®X AutoDialer Administrator setup the campaign, loaded both the script (Call business logic) and the database to dial (Marketing list), the Campaign is currently dialing an outbound campaign. This screen shot shows the campaign is using 2 lines. The Start button on the right has turned Red. If you want to stop dialing hit the SPX Red Icon (Stop Job / Red for "Stop Job" - Stop the Campaign). Otherwise the dialer will dial until it exhausts all the available records in the currently selected list, or some other pre-defined preference stops the campaign like dialing an unavailable time zone (East coast dialing - West coast, etc.) or some other scheduling conflict. |
