3SpitFire®X autodialer "Action Item" tab is where you load your dialing script. Then you load the list your are dialing in your campaign, we will cover the Campaign process further in the screen shot area below.

SpitFire®X autodialer "Lines " tab is where you turn on and off your available telephone lines (1 - 48) for each campaign being run. I have individually clicked on each of the line buttons turning on all 48 of them.

This shows the "Lines 1" tab interface with 48 lines in the off position, click on a line button to enable the line, it will turn green when ready.

In the Microsoft® Access version of the SpitFire®X AutoDialer system, lines that you are not licensed will be "Red" in color. Yellow is a line which has not been turned on and a "Green" line button indicates a line which has been enabled or turned on.

SpitFire®X autodialer "Session Stats " (statistics) tab is where you find out about the percentages of what your campaign is up to and completed. SpitFire®X AutoDialer systems keep a running track of time spent, percentages of calls completed, AM Answering machines connected to, Busy signals, No Answer, Fax machine connects and more.

Right now this screen shot has no activity, we only selected the "Session Stats" tab at this point, once we start the auto dialing campaign, these numbers will change.

SpitFire®X autodialer "Current Activity" (statistics) tab is where you find out about currently what is happening in real-time about your Campaign and Lines, Is Line 1 setup? What is Line 1 Status? What number is Line 1 dialing or connected to and what the call is doing and more. You can scroll down the window list and see all 96 lines. Green is used once again to show that "Line 1" is on and enabled, if is isn't Yellow would appear in its background, or other colors used throughout the interface. We will show the screens in actual running format in the next section.
