Brent Silversmith became a member of the OPC technical support team joining us in October of 2004.

His experience includes networking and various other software technical support for companies such as Dell and Microsoft as well as proficiency in both the SpitFire® auto dialer and the SpitFire® Predictive dialer.

Brent manages the OPC co-location facility and has a Microsoft A+ Certification.
