SpitFire® Monitoring System
Simply
follow the easy step-by-step instructions below and you'll
be up and running in no time.

Installation
1)
Disconnect the MSI Cable from your existing break-out box
and connect it to the AllenTel break-out box supplied with
your SpitFire® unit
2)
Connect the new RJ21X cable to the AllenTel break-out box
and the SpitFire® Monitoring unit
3)
Remove all Agent phone lines from your existing break-out
box and connect them to the AllenTel break-out box
4)
Connect the Supervisor's phone line to line 25 of the AllenTel
break-out box
5)
Connect the power adapter to the SpitFire® Monitoring unit and
switch it on
6)
Start the dialer, launch a campaign and check the system
Usage
1)
To monitor an Agent's phone line, pick up the Supervisor's
phone and dial
# (pound sign) plus the Agent's Line Code
2)
If you want to join the conversation (3-way), press * (star)
3)
To end the conversation, hang up
